At Iruki, we ensure that your jewelry reaches you safely and on time through our trusted delivery partners. We currently offer shipping across India.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Custom-made jewelry may take an additional 5–10 business days to craft.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard Delivery
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping Fee: ₹79 for orders below ₹1000
- Free Shipping: On orders worth ₹1000 or above.
International Shipping
We accept international orders via Instagram DMs.
To place an order outside India, please message us on @iruki.in.
We’re actively working on expanding our global delivery network and will update this policy once direct international checkout is available on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than usual.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Holiday Shipping Notice
During festivals and peak seasons (e.g. Diwali, Wedding Season), delivery may take 2–3 extra business days. We recommend placing orders early during these times.
