Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality jewelry and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return and exchange procedures.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are received with visible damage or manufacturing defects.
  • To initiate a return, a clear, unedited video of the unboxing must be provided, clearly showing the damage or defect.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include all tags and accessories.
  • Once the return is approved, we will arrange a free return pickup. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and completing quality checks.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted only for items that are received in damaged condition, subject to availability of the same product.
  • Ring size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability) with a nominal fee of INR 200, applicable for deliveries within India.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional periods may be exchanged only for other items within the same sale period, and only if damaged upon delivery.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, design preference, or fit (except ring size, as noted).

Important Information

  • Requests submitted beyond the 24-hours return window or without unboxing video evidence will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must pass quality checks upon return to be eligible for any refund or replacement.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is approved.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of failed or undelivered shipments due to inaccurate or incomplete address details.

Undelivered Shipments (RTO)

  • If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or missed delivery attempts, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • Customers requesting a re-shipment will be required to bear the additional shipping cost.
